Architectural Design + Construction
Every Blueprint Space begins with a clear understanding of how you want to use your annexe or cabin. We always start with a personal conversation, discussing your ideas, and offering initial guidance on feasibility and budget to help shape the direction of the project. We then progress on to our architectural design service. This is a paid design stage, where our team works closely with you to create a 3D design and quotation that reflects your lifestyle, your site and your budget. Every building is considered, purposeful and uniquely yours.
Once your design is approved, we handle everything with a complete turnkey build service. From foundations and structural work to electrics, insulation and internal finishes, your project is managed by our experienced and trustworthy in-house team. We take care of every stage on site, keeping communication clear and the build process smooth. The result is a beautifully built, fully finished garden room that’s ready to use from day one.
