Blueprint Spaces designs and builds metal-clad garden rooms, cabins, annexes and bothies for homes across East Sussex. Every building is designed for its garden and built by our own team. None of our projects are pre-fabricated.
Our workshop and office are at 141 South Road, Haywards Heath, just over the border in West Sussex, so East Sussex is home ground for our team.

Why metal cladding
We offer several metal profiles, from corrugated steel to Corten sheets. Metal cladding is low-maintenance and built to last, and we pair it with crafted interiors such as birch ply panelling, kitchenettes and bespoke furniture. See Materials.
Planning in East Sussex
Many garden rooms fall under permitted development, but height limits change within two metres of a boundary, and annexes for sleeping need building regulations approval. Our team handles drawings, planning submissions and building regulations where needed, and deals with the local council on your behalf. See Planning Services.
