Metal Garden Rooms in London

Hand-crafted metal garden rooms in London

Blueprint Spaces designs and builds metal-clad garden rooms, cabins, annexes and bothies for homes across London. Every building is designed for its garden and built by our own team. None of our projects are pre-fabricated.

We design and build garden rooms across London, from compact garden offices in terraced back gardens to larger studios and annexes in the outer boroughs.

Blueprint Spaces is the team behind Miniature Manors. We have built hundreds of hand-crafted garden spaces across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, South London and the surrounding areas, and Blueprint Spaces is the next chapter of that work.

What we build

• Work & Leisure Nooks – garden offices, studios and gyms (Work & Leisure Nooks)
• Cabins, Annexes & Bothies – guest rooms, family annexes and holiday-let cabins built to building regulation standards (Cabins, Annexes & Bothies)
• Blueprint Bespoke – one-off metal buildings for unusual briefs (Blueprint Bespoke)

Why metal cladding

We offer several metal profiles, from corrugated steel to Corten sheets. Metal cladding is low-maintenance and built to last, and we pair it with crafted interiors such as birch ply panelling, kitchenettes and bespoke furniture. See Materials.

Planning in London

Many garden rooms fall under permitted development, but height limits change within two metres of a boundary, and annexes for sleeping need building regulations approval. Our team handles drawings, planning submissions and building regulations where needed, and deals with the local council on your behalf. See Planning Services.
